Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Salary Range: $80,000–$90,000 annually, based on experience + Commission and Annual Bonus

Duties and Responsibilities:
Meet with prospective residents, families, and referral sources to build strong relationships, provide information, conduct tours, and guide the admissions process.
Manage lead activity, suite inventory, and occupancy reports to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Achieve or exceed occupancy, move-in, and closure goals as outlined by community objectives.
Implement corrective action plans to improve sales and outreach performance when needed.
Conduct ongoing competitive market analyses to understand local positioning, pricing, and trends.
Collaborate with leadership to develop quarterly sales and marketing plans, including outreach initiatives, media strategies, pricing recommendations, and community events.
Represent the community at networking and outreach events to strengthen relationships with local professionals and organizations.
Maintain resident and family contact records, move-in status, and deposit information with accuracy.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly.
Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-through abilities.
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM/Property Management Systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, community outreach, or a related role—senior living or healthcare background strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.
Demonstrated success in relationship-based sales and networking.
Professional appearance and adherence to company dress code.
Ability to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
Must pass TB test and criminal background check per Virginia state requirements.
