Crossmark Global Investments is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Associate to provide comprehensive support across our Distribution, Sales, and Marketing teams. This is a dynamic, entry-level role perfect for a highly motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication, strong attention to detail, and a desire to learn about the asset management industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, sales materials, and coordinating follow-up items for financial advisors.
  • Project Management & Research: Contribute to special projects, including competitor analysis, data mining, and market research.  Utilize AdvizorPro and Salesforce (CRM) applications to create lead lists for the sales and marketing teams.  
  • Performance Analysis: Prepare hypothetical illustrations for financial advisors and RIAs using Zephyr and Morningstar
  • Marketing & Events: Coordinate conference sponsorships and wholesaler kits, including marketing materials, promotional items, booth kit, printing, and shipping. 
  • Administrative Support: Organize and manage internal and external meetings and events, including logistics, catering, and materials preparation.  Draft and edit correspondence, emails, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.  

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).   
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and a growth mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience in the asset management industry is a plus.
