EDITORIAL COORDINATOR, CONTINUUM

 

What you’ll do.

As the Editorial Coordinator for Continuum, you'll play a key role in supporting the editorial team and ensuring the smooth production of our dynamic audio programs. From managing editorial workflows to coordinating schedules and logistics, you’ll help keep content moving seamlessly from concept to publication. With a blend of editorial insight and organizational savvy, you’ll contribute to the continued success of Continuum as a trusted, innovative resource in neurology education.

What we look for.

Education: 

  • Associate’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism or related area is required.

Experience: 

  • Experience working with Microsoft Word, including editing and change tracking features is required.  
  • Experience editing and creating documents in Adobe Photoshop or Canva is required.
  • Experience in fast-paced Academic publishing environment, as well as copyediting and proofreading is preferred.
  • Experience in customer relationship management system is preferred. 
  • Experience in learning management system is preferred.
  • Experience in reference management software (e.g.-Zotero) is preferred.

Relevant education and/or experience exceeding the required qualifications may be substituted on a year-for-year basis.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously is required. 
  • Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are required. 
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills are required.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills are preferred. 
  • Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Adobe PDF, and PowerPoint skills are preferred. 
  • Work in SharePoint is preferred. 

 

Travel Requirements:  Minimal travel required – up to 5%.  

Location: Minneapolis, MN and is identified as primarily remote (ability to work remotely but required to work in the office as needed or requested).

Schedule: Occasional evening and weekend required.
