What are we building? An AI Executive Assistant
An AI Email & Meeting Assistant that eliminates the admin burden for professionals in client-facing roles. Think sales, consultants, recruiters, people spend hours on emails, scheduling, and follow-ups. Fyxer Al streamlines and automates these tasks by understanding your inbox, drafting replies in your own voice, and taking crisp meeting notes.
Unlike other startups, we're a pure-play applied AI company and not a SaaS company with AI features hastily bolted on. We use the best techniques (fine-tuned open-source models, tool use, and retrieval-augmented generation), and as a result, users send 53% of the email drafts we generate.
How has it been going?
Since our launch in March 2024, we've grown from $0 to $18 million in revenue, serving tens of thousands of paying users. In February 2025, we raised a $10 million Series A to accelerate our path to $50 million in revenue and less than six months later, we raised our $30m Series B. Only the top 1% of companies have ever gone from A to B this quickly.
What do we value?
We're very intentional about adding new people. We believe a small team of exceptional people working hard at a problem they care about will always outperform a larger, more unfocused team. That means you'll need to bring an intensity to this role that might not be expected at other companies but it also means you'll be fast-tracked into roles with greater responsibilities far earlier.
We also believe in hiring people who want ownership and autonomy in their work and giving it to them. We see it as farm to table - you nurture the crops, assemble the plates, we just loan you the land.
How will I feed into the Fyxer Growth engine?
We split our Growth function into two areas: Growth Marketing and Growth Engineering. The marketing team looks after the inbound acquisition marketing funnel, whilst the engineering team will rapidly experiment on elements of the sign up flow (sign up page, onboarding, activation and monetisation) within the product.
What we’re looking for is an engineer to plug into the Marketing side of the team to streamline and support on our marketing stack, this would include:
- Management of our Marketing’s website CMS - developing new UI components and templates to help build acquisition landing pages, lead magnets and long form content.
- Implement SEO improvements across the website in collaboration with our SEO consultant.
- Own the engineering foundations of our marketing measurement across Google Tag Manager, Firebase and Meta’s Conversions API - potentially migrating our paid marketing tracking away from GTM to our internal Firebase functions endpoints to improve tracking reliability.
- Likelihood in aiding in the implementation of larger A/B tests and validation experiments alongside our Growth Engineering team.
What does our ideal hire look like?
Must have:
- Previous experience as a front end Next.Js developer, or growth engineer, working closely with marketing teams, or you’ve demonstrated through self-driven work any of the following: optimising landing pages, implementing paid marketing analytics/tracking, or building content management systems.
- Knowledge of the typical B2B SaaS growth/revops stack—experimentation, CRM, segmentation tools.
Ideal:
- Experience working with or building LTV models from scratch.
- Experience building multi-cell geo experiments or Media Mix Modelling projects.
- Keen interest in LLMs, workflow automation, and AI agents.
Our Growth stack:
Marketing website (experience required):
- Next.js frontend, using ShadCN for components, TailwindCSS for styling, React Query for state management.
- https://payloadcms.com is our CMS of choice to use with Next.js to power our website.
- Posthog for frontend analytics (events, sessions, feature flags, experiments)
- Customer.io for email collection and marketing automation.
Web app (nice to have):
Broadly, we use a fairly typical serverless Typescript stack. It’s not a requirement to have worked with every tool in this stack, but the more the better:
- Typescript for all production code
- Firestore as our production database
- Firebase Auth as our auth system
- Backend deployed on Firebase Functions, and making use of PubSub and Cloud Storage
- Next.js frontend, using ShadCN for components, TailwindCSS for styling, React Query for state management.
- Posthog for frontend analytics (events, sessions, feature flags, experiments)
- BigQuery as our data warehouse, with Metabase for data visualization. Production data and Posthog events both stream into it so data is in one place.
- Sentry and Google Cloud Logging for monitoring
- Github Actions for CI/CD
