Our newly launched mitigation division expands Renu’s expertise beyond construction to address emergency mitigation needs directly. At Renu, LLC we lead from every seat. What You Will Be Doing 


As the Director of Marketing at Renu, you will lead the planning, development, and execution of all marketing and advertising activities. Your primary responsibilities include overseeing brand strategy, guiding digital marketing efforts, analyzing consumer behavior data, and producing insightful reports on key performance metrics. You will work closely with the sales and business development teams to identify strategic opportunities, generate qualified leads, and foster long-term client relationships in the multifamily and hospitality renovation sectors.


Essential Job Functions

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports revenue growth and company objectives.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, business development, and operations to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals and market positioning.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making and uncover growth opportunities.

Brand Management

  • Ensure a consistent and professional brand identity across all platforms and communications.
  • Create and oversee marketing collateral, proposals, case studies, and presentations.
  • Manage the company’s brand presence at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions.

Digital & Content Marketing

  • Lead all digital  initiatives, including website performance, SEO, social media, email campaigns, and paid media.
  • Coordinate with SEO and email marketing contractors to execute and improve campaign performance.
  • Develop a content strategy that builds thought leadership and drives audience engagement (e.g., blogs, videos, white papers).
  • Track and analyze marketing metrics, web traffic, and campaign performance; prepare regular reports.

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Conduct targeted outreach campaigns, including email and cold calling, to support business development.
  • Partner with the Vice President of Business Development and estimating teams to identify and qualify new client opportunities.
  • Support proposal development and maintain a centralized library of marketing assets and project data.

Internal Marketing & Communication

  • Produce monthly internal newsletters and employee updates.
  • Foster employee participation in social media and brand-building initiatives.
  • Oversee internal branding, apparel, and promotional items.

Team & Vendor Oversight

  • Manage relationships with external vendors and creative agencies.
  • Create and manage marketing and content calendars to maintain consistency across campaigns.
  • Oversee marketing budget and ensure cost-effective strategy execution.

Other duties as assigned by management. 


Qualifications

  • Experience in the construction industry preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven marketing experience is required.
  • College degree in Marketing, Mass Communication.
  • Knowledge of marketing digital tools and techniques.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Design, Canva, Adobe Acrobat, web analytics, Google AdWords and other marketing and CRM platforms.
  • An understanding of SEO keywords and website analytics.
  • LinkedIn and social media navigation and marketing strategies.
  • Detail-oriented, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns.
  • Highly creative, strong problem-solving skill and excellent time management.
  • Creating and managing marketing and workflow calendars.
  • Limited travel within the United States for trade shows when assigned.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Some weekends required, when necessary.
