Position Summary: Works closely with relationship managers, senior underwriters, and credit department staff to analyze and structure loan requests. Oversees Credit Approval Form (CAF) completion per guidelines. May lead (or assist) in presenting requests to loan committee or credit staff when necessary.

Essential Functions:

• Works with loan officers to structure credit requests per policy guidelines.
• Prepares loan pre-flight and loan committee presentation items, including detailed financial and collateral analysis.
• Performs annual credit reviews of existing commercial, agricultural and SBA borrowers, including analyzing financial statements, cash flows, covenant compliance and communicating results to the credit team and relationship managers.
• Proactively engage with relationship managers and borrowers to ensure customer centered loan approval process.
• Possesses thorough knowledge of LSB’s lending policies and practices.
• Represents Lincoln Savings Bank in a positive light in all professional duties. This includes participating in civic, community and networking event to cultivate productive relationships for the bank.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as defined by Management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field required.
• 3 – 5 years analysis experience, preferable in commercial lending.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SBA lending.
