Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

The Marketing Specialist will support the strategic demand generation marketing team with essential operational tasks that ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with data, and is eager to learn about various aspects of marketing processes and strategies. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support, Project Management, & Execution: Assist in planning, project management,  and executing of marketing campaigns, including creation of compelling marketing materials, setting up campaigns in our marketing automation platform, and providing general support to the marketing team. 
  • Lead Routing & List Cleaning: Manage and clean lead lists to ensure accurate and efficient lead routing within our CRM system.
  • Marketing Research: Conduct research to support marketing strategies, including competitive analysis, target audience list building,  market trends, and customer insights.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track campaign performance and help create reports to identify trends, measure against key performance indicators (KPIs). 
  • Event Marketing Support: Support the events team with event logistics, lead delivery, and planning.
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Partner with the sales team to ensure seamless communication, effective lead follow-up, and alignment on campaign goals and priorities.

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in a marketing support or operations role is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo) is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with data.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

The estimated base salary range for this role is noted below for our office location in Draper, UT. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in BILL’s bonus and equity plan. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.
