- Provide technical support to RIVA employees, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Administer and maintain internal IT systems and cloud environments, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Slack, SharePoint, Teams and other cloud environments.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding activities, including provisioning/deprovisioning of accounts, system access, and device setup.
- Maintain asset inventory and support hardware lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate device orders, returns, and warranty/repair requests.
- Support cybersecurity best practices across systems and employees (e.g., MFA, patching, password hygiene).
- Assist in documenting IT procedures, SOPs, knowledge base articles, and system configurations.
- Provide training and communications on changes and new technologies within the environment.
- Provide support for internal audits, compliance documentation, and cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001 and CMMC.
- Respond to tickets and requests through internal helpdesk channels and escalate issues as needed.
- Provide support for internal tools and applications including Microsoft Power BI, SharePoint, Slack and Teams.
- Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to implement and test IT improvements and new tools.
- Manage and document strict change management process.
- Provide cybersecurity configurations and monitoring.
- Develop workflows for corporate processes and procedures.
- Identify gaps and stay abreast of new technologies.
- Track and maintain tasks and schedules for all work.
- Take on special projects as assigned.
- 3–5 years of experience in corporate IT or desktop support roles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and Azure AD.
- Experience supporting remote users in distributed environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a customer-service mindset.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience supporting small to mid-sized organizations in the government contracting sector.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.).
- Experience with ticketing systems, device management platforms (e.g., Intune), and collaboration tools.
- Exposure to Microsoft Power BI or automation tools like Power Automate.
- Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus.
