Essential Job Functions:

  • Manage client accounts with accuracy, ensuring deadlines and service standards are consistently met.
  • Market and place new and renewal business in line with established workflows.
  • Serve as a trusted resource by answering questions from producers, service teams, and clients regarding accounts, policies, and services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, carriers, and internal partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver a more efficient, high-quality client experience.
  • Assist with projects and create materials to support recurring client meetings and the overall client lifecycle.
  • Coordinate firm resources (Claims, Legal, Safety, Marketing, Technology, etc.) as needed to address client needs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in niche markets or industry specializations.
  • Proactively manage and grow assigned book of business, including rounding out coverage where appropriate.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client and company information, and perform other duties as assigned.

Credentials:

  • High School diploma or GED required, two or four-year degree preferred
  • Experience in the insurance industry is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic PowerPoint functions
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Required to obtain appropriate licensing within 60 days of employment
