Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or communication is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and assist colleagues as needed.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
