General Summary:
The Creative Designer develops and produces inspiring, innovative print and digital design solutions and compelling graphics. Serves as the Bank’s internal resource for creative and content development working collaboratively with the Brand and Community Relations Group and all business units from concept to completion with true passion, creativity, and high attention to detail. Responsible for communicating and developing concept ideas between team members, executives and external marketing partners and vendors. Plays a key role in managing and directing marketing projects/campaigns from start to finish including providing status and ROI reports. Keeps pace with the competition as well as remains knowledgeable about the latest design and digital landscape.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Must possess excellent creative, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Must be detailed oriented and highly organized
- Comprehensive understanding of creative, design and marketing processes
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Software fluency in the latest graphics and business programs including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat); bank software programs; and Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Positive attitude and a collaborative mindset
- Strong to desire to learn and open to positive and constructive feedback
- Understanding of today’s media landscape and how people engage with marketing
- Independent self-starter with a goal-driven attitude
- Honesty, dependability with strong determination to contribute to the team effort
- Excellent time management skills
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Visual Arts, Design or related field
- Minimum 2 years related marketing experienced preferred
