Based in Truganina, this is an exciting opportunity as Site Administration & Capability Coordinator, to join our team and play a crucial role in our new purpose-built, fully automated sorting and retrieval warehouse and mega distribution centre in Melbourne’s West.
How you will contribute
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient site operations
- Sorting and managing/distributing inbound mail and deliveries.
- Manage inventory of consumables, uniforms etc to ensure stock levels are maintained
- Supporting internal events and large meetings/visits (catering, access passes, room set up etc)
- Acting as the site purchaser, supporting with E2E purchasing requests
- Data entry and file management
Capability/Training:
- Conduct and support capability assessments
- Partner with leaders to organise and schedule training for core team members across Warehouse and Copack
- Update and champion the utilisation of the site skill matrix
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members
- Partner with operations team to create and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Ensure training compliance
What you will bring

- Experience in training coordinator/administrator role
- Valid forklift licence (high reach advantageous)
- Safety-first mindset
- The ability to navigate ambiguity, taking a proactive approach to problem solving
- Solution minded; collaborative team player
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Exposure to SAP/EQCMS/Safety systems
- Cert 4 Training & Assessment or related course/certificate completion (advantageous)
