Our Project Management Team plays a pivotal role in the success of our organization. As a Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all field engagements, ensuring the seamless coordination of internal teams, customers, and consultants. Your ability to balance the needs of the customer, the assigned consultant, the salesperson, and ServIT as a whole is critical to each project's success.


You will collaborate across all departments and organizational levels—technical, administrative, and executive—to lead complex IT initiatives from planning to completion. Success in this role requires exceptional time management, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.


 

The ideal candidate brings senior-level experience in project management and IT administration, with a proven track record of managing technology-driven projects. You should be comfortable handling both strategic oversight and hands-on execution. You must also demonstrate the ability to manage project scope and funding while navigating out-of-scope customer demands.


You must be confident engaging with stakeholders at every level—from technical teams and end-users to senior executives—and be able to clearly communicate timelines, challenges, and value propositions.


Travel may be required based on project needs.

Requirements

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage customer IT projects to ensure successful outcomes with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.
     
  • Serve as the single point of contact for customers during engagements, managing all aspects of delivery.
     
  • Coordinate internal IT support, external vendors, and contractors to ensure project goals are met and customized solutions are delivered.
     
  • Conduct regular internal and external project status meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
     
  • Recommend updates to Quality Assurance standards and procedures to support continuous improvement efforts.
     
  • Ensure policies and processes are followed and that all work is well-documented, auditable, and aligned with organizational goals.
     
  • Deliver executive-level service, including proactive issue resolution, clear communication, and management of customer expectations.
     
  • Maintain and grow long-term customer relationships through regular business reviews and consistent communication.
     
  • Assist with sales and billing support by providing insight and coordination as needed.


 

Critical Skills & Qualifications

  • Senior-level experience in IT project management and administration.
     
  • Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and consulting engagements.
     
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
     
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to lead client-facing discussions on complex IT topics.
     
  • Strong strategic thinking and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
     
  • Professional demeanor with a high level of emotional intelligence and customer service orientation.
     
  • Proven success in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
     
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
     
  • Experience working with CRM systems and project tracking tools is a plus.


 

Requirements
