Job Description
The Specialist will be responsible for overseeing & supervising the clerical support team within Meter & Test. This role includes management responsibilities of overseeing the clerical team within Meter & test. The position will be responsible for all clerical functions associated to the support and execution of all work associated to the Meter & Test department. The Specialist must demonstrate the ability to manage numerous tasks and adapt to changing work priorities. This position will require the Specialist to gather information and present reporting associated to the group's overall performance. The Specialist will oversee the process to address no access visits, generate and distribute letters to customers and assess fees as necessary. Provide a positive employee relations atmosphere through the proper and effective administration of Company policies, procedures and practices. Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Provide direct supervision and guidance to clerical staff, including performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective actions as needed.
Oversee the support functions associated to work execution in various systems (WMS, CRMS, CC&B, MAMS, etc.) including the preparation of work packages, scheduling of appointments with customers, assistance of work reassignments due to change in resources and review and close out of pending or completed work.
Gather information and present reporting on the groups overall work performance and develop process improvements as necessary.
Lead the No Access review process to ensure all completed work is being reviewed and progressed accordingly and as needed.
Lead the process to generate and distribute letters to customers regarding no access visits and no access fee assessments.
Ensure that letters and fees are distributed and assessed in a timely fashion.
Formulate plans to maintain high efficiency in all work areas regarding the clerical support team to ensure good quality of service, customer satisfaction, and optimized productivity.
Conduct presentations to all levels of management on key initiatives and performance metrics.
Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
Develop employee skills by identifying appropriate training and leadership courses in addition to providing opportunities for growth.

Bachelor's Degree and two years of experience in a relevant business or technical area or
Associate's Degree and four years of experience in a relevant business or technical area or
High School Diploma/GED and five years of experience in a relevant business or technical area
