Essential Functions Statement(s)
• Ensures team is adhering to the facility policies and procedures as it relates to safety and
quality.
• Conducts shift start up meetings.
• Overall responsible for shipping and receiving of work and delivery of materials to
production assets.
• Operates forklift equipment safely.
• Sets goals/activities for teams.
• Prepares and conducts performance reviews.
• Conducts and reports accurate incident/accident investigations.
• Performs daily LSW (Leader Standard Work) checks.
• Motivates and recognizes Team Members for positive efforts.
• Prepares, documents and administers progressive disciplinary actions.
• Completes data entry in various software programs.
• Completes clerical duties as assigned.
• Resolves on-shift personnel issues.
• Responsible for on shift staff adjustments and arranging vacation request, leaves, shift
swaps, etc.
• Communicates directly with customer inventory, quality and production leadership.
• Reviews and resolves issues involving onsite trucking drivers, carriers, waste management
services, and vendors
• Provides daily updates to Operations Manager concerning logistics, productions and
operational issues.
• Performs any additional duties assigned by management. Performs other duties as
required by customers and management.
• Reliable attendance at scheduled shifts.
• Performs all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Competency Statement(s)
• Attendance - Ability to work required schedule and arrive at work on time. Ability to flex
schedule to interact with all shifts or coverage as needed (days, nights, weekends,
holidays). Ability to work twelve (12)-hour shift rotations.

and professional manner with others. Ability to understand and follow verbal and written
instruction. Ability to select and use appropriate communication methods.
• Mathematics- Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication and

compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
• Language – Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and
maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and

and management.

SKILLS and ABILITIES
• Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
• Experience: One (1) year related experience in warehouse or manufacturing environment
and previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Computer Skills: Strong computer or tablet skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office
(Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point).
• Certificates and Licenses: Forklift Certification.
