About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Account Manager to join our Client Services team in New York. This role is a critical part of our operational growth strategy as we respond to increasing demand for integrated multicultural campaigns. With in-market presence, this role will support hands-on collaboration with sellers, clients, and agency partners. The Senior Account Manager will be a key partner in managing complex, high-value campaigns and play a central role in improving execution, client engagement, and commercial success.
Responsibilities:
Client & Campaign Management
- Lead operational processes for assigned accounts, including kickoff, implementation, performance optimization, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment on goals, deliverables, timelines, and campaign KPIs.
- Build and present data-driven proposals that align with client briefs.
Execution & Optimization
- Coordinate across internal teams (Sales, Optimization and Creative) to ensure smooth execution and high performance.
- Manage all documentation including internal guides, insertion orders, and asset specs/timelines.
- Monitor campaign delivery and reporting; present results via Excel and PowerPoint with clarity and impact.
Technology & Product Expertise
- Become a product expert in all digital formats including video (VAST, VPAID), MRAID, and other rich media.
- Support pricing, inventory, and performance analysis to optimize media strategy and campaign execution.
- Leverage measurement tools such as IAS, MOAT, and DoubleVerify to assess quality and compliance.
Internal & External Collaboration
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions to contribute to campaign strategy and product development.

- Attend client meetings and industry events to represent My Code in-market and strengthen agency relationships.

Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience in digital account management at a digital publisher, media company, ad network, or agency.
- Proven ability to manage integrated, high-value campaigns with strategic complexity.
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of cross-channel digital media formats, including video (VAST/VPAID), MRAID, and display.
- Familiarity with viewability and verification platforms (IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT).
- Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong data presentation and storytelling skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar project management and CRM platforms.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $95,000 to $100,000. The salary structure is determined on a wide range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography.
