The Provider Relations Manager will serve as the primary liaison between the company and its partner agencies and network providers, ensuring compliance, seamless communication,

exceptional customer service, and the effective delivery of mental health resources tailored to first responders. This position will actively seek to build and maintain a culturally competent and multi faceted group of providers that can meet the needs of the ever-growing demands of our contracted clients and the organization.

Onsite: Monday through Friday 8 hour work day

Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities 

  • Act as the point of contact for provider inquiries/complaints, ensuring timely resolution of issues.  
  • Responsible for working collaboratively with the Executive and Clinical leadership to
  • ensure network growth and development initiatives are being met and networks are operating within budgets.
  • Responsible for the preparation, negotiation, renegotiation, and execution of provider contractual agreements and ensuring the provider onboard process is streamlined and followed.
  • Responsible for the oversight of provider networks to ensure network provider deficiencies are being met and working to ensure network needs/changes are being effectively addressed and communicated both internally and externally.
  •  Maintaining and updating the appropriate databases and department tools with current information.
  • Oversee the coordination of customer service and provider relations for TCTIs mental health services, including therapy referrals, peer support programs, and wellness initiatives.  
  • Monitor client/customer satisfaction and implement strategies to improve service delivery
  • Assist with the resolution of provider concerns in accordance with contractual requirements and corporate policy.
  •  Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clinicians meet agency-specific needs.
  • Maintain compliance requirements for network providers.
  • Develop reports on providers service utilization and outcomes for partner agencies.
  • Recruit and retain network providers to meet the needs of contracted agencies.
  • Advocate for first responders’ mental health by staying informed on industry trends and best practices.
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  •  3+ years of professional experience provider networking
  •  3+ years of experience as a team lead, supervisor, manager, or other leadership role in behavioral health/EAP or a related field
  •  2+ years of project management experience
  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, or other degree or certification in healthcare administration, healthcare informatics, human resources, data analytics, or other
  • relevant field.
  • Applied experience in protecting and securing PHI and other sensitive or confidential information.

Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint,
  • PowerPoint and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail, data entry and recordkeeping skills.
  • Professional, clear, and productive communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated success in leadership, teamwork, and professionalism.
  • Excellent time management and delegation skills, with an emphasis on client service and addressing urgent situations.
