Scope: Multifamily, Renovations / Revitalizations
Location: South Florida
General Purpose
The Regional Account Manager (RAM) is responsible for maintaining and expanding client relationships across a designated region. This role focuses on driving business continuity and growth by aligning client needs with regional goals and supporting sales and marketing initiatives. The RAM collaborates with regional leadership and local branch teams to ensure consistent client engagement while identifying new market opportunities to drive long-term business development.

ESSENTIAL JOB DETAILS:
- Manage and grow client accounts across multiple branches to ensure business continuity and sustainable long-term growth.
- Collaborate with regional leadership, including the Vice President and Operations Manager, to align client strategies with overarching regional goals.
- Support and drive business development efforts, including participation in marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Partner with local Account Managers to ensure consistency in client experience and strategic alignment across branches.
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities that fuel regional growth and drive revenue.
- Prepare accurate bids and proposals, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Meet or exceed assigned targets related to sales volume, profitability, and strategic account objectives.
- Cultivate productive, professional relationships with key personnel in client accounts and within the industry.
- Continuously assess, clarify, and validate customer needs, delivering best-in-class service and communication.
- Coordinate with internal delivery teams to ensure clear communication of client expectations and successful execution.
- Utilize CRM tools (Zoho) and project management platforms (ProCore) to track account activities and maintain accurate documentation.
- Oversee the performance and effectiveness of delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Participate in weekly job status meetings, sales meetings, and monthly branch performance reviews.
- Other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development.
- Strong track record in managing client relationships and leading business development efforts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience in multifamily or hotel construction or renovations is preferred.
- Experience in other aspects of construction is helpful.
- Valid driver’s license
