We are now seeking a full-time Export Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in our Glendale Heights, IL location. This individual will play a key role in supporting export operations, managing customer relationships, and ensuring shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Your Mission & Responsibilities:
The Export Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating export shipments, and maintaining accurate customer records. The employee shall:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to export orders, shipment tracking, and delivery timelines, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with logistics and export teams to process documentation and ship export orders, ensuring compliance with international regulations and timely delivery.
- Update & maintain accurate records of customer interactions, export documentation, and shipment details in customer relationship management (CRM) and export management systems.
- Track and monitor export shipments, providing timely updates to clients.
- Assist with problem resolution, service recovery, and customer requests.
- Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and operational goals.
- Participate in training to learn company systems, procedures, and best practices.

- Flexible and willing to learn — experience is a plus but not required (we will train you).
- Holds an associate or bachelor’s degree (a plus but not required).
General Requirements:
- 0–1 year of experience in logistics, customer service, or related roles (training provided).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service.
