We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support the execution of sales and marketing initiatives through robust reporting, data tracking, and cross-functional coordination. This individual will play a key role in compiling and analyzing key performance metrics, preparing presentations, and managing functions that support our commercial strategy. The ideal candidate has extensive experience with Microsoft Office tools especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Marketing Reporting:
    • Compile, analyze, and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales performance reports.
    • Develop dashboards and visualizations in Excel and PowerPoint for internal use and executive leadership.
    • Maintain and update sales tracking documents, forecasts, and KPI scorecards.
  • Administrative & Project Support:
    • Coordinate meeting logistics, agendas, and notes for marketing and sales team initiatives.
    • Assist in the development and distribution of sales and marketing collateral.
    • Maintain and organize shared folders, marketing databases, and document repositories.
  • Cross-Functional Communication:
    • Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, operations, and finance to streamline data sharing and reporting.
    • Ensure timely updates to campaign calendars, launch timelines, and key project trackers.
  • Data Accuracy & CRM Support:
    • Support CRM system data entry, audits, and reporting as needed.
    • Help validate customer, sales, and market data to support accurate reporting and segmentatio

Education/Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 2–4 years of experience in a sales or marketing support role.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting, etc.) and strong PowerPoint and Outlook skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and team-oriented.
