Your new job includes
- act as a trusted adviser to Team Members across all levels in relation to general People & Culture queries encompassing the full employee life cycle.
- be responsible for the preparation of people metrics while analysing data and providing advisory to implement necessary strategies or action plans aligned with our business goals and objectives.
- comply with labour requirements as defined by the Ministry of Manpower, Internal Revenue Authority of Singapore, Ministry of Health and other government bodies which include pass application, issuance, appeals and cancellation as well as the appropriate reporting of tax income; this also includes timely submission of survey to authorities when required.
- support the talent acquisition process as well as manage the on and off-onboarding process by partnering closely with the internal teams such as Office Administration and Information Technology to provide a seamless experience for our Team Members.
- manage general administration matters relating to maintenance of personnel records, preparation of letters, contracts or other documents as well as tracking of probation process, administering of leave, insurance and other benefits while working closely with our vendors in a timely and accurate manner.
- actively support Global and Regional People & Culture projects and initiatives, including learning and development, digitalisation of processes and system integrations, where your expertise is required.
Preferred Profile
- a Diploma in Human Resources with a practical experience of at least three years within the Retail, Hospitality or FMCG industry.
- proficient in using Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook, SuccessFactors and other People & Culture Information Systems.
- a strong knowledge of labour laws, policies and regulations in Singapore and preferably with other APAC countries.
- strong verbal and written communication as well as stakeholder management skills with the proven ability to engage with Team Members at all levels in the business.
- a service-oriented mindset, pronounced can-do attitude, complemented by the capability to multi-task and the flexibility to handle changing requirements in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- an independent team player with a strong attention to detail.
