But what’s the role?

We are looking for an ambitious Senior Full Stack Engineer to join us and our applications team, in our mission of helping organisations understand how they could be hacked - in real-time.

Sounds great – what will I do?

• This is a senior role, with exposure to both the backend and frontend of our customer-facing systems.
• You will lead the Integrations project, defining and leading the implementation of a scalable integration strategy as the watchTowr Platform grows.
• You will determine appropriate and design normalisation or standardisation layers to enable rapid deployment and development of new integrations
• You will design workflows that reflect the flow of data between the watchTowr Platform, and various integration types.
• You will tackle technology and data problems – how do we handle large amounts of data and give our clients control over their data and the processes behind it?

• Integration normalisation layer: Python/GO/Typescript
• Client-frontend: React.js, Typescript
• Database: MySQL
• Others: ECS, K8s, Airflow, Kafka, Serverless, AWS
  
  

Ideal Experience

Ideally, you should have at least 5 or more years of experience:

• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical capabilities
• Establishing and building core SOPs for building integrations, implementing a strategy to facilitate rapid deployment of integrations
• Manage diverse integration types, including push, pull, and bidirectional syncs, across various platforms such as cloud, RBVM, and data sources, leveraging expertise to address unique integration challenges and requirements effectively
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  
  

Bonus Experience

It’ll also be awesome if you:

• Have experience in working with setting up integrations across different types of providers
• Have experience interacting with, and understanding the requirements of enterprise clients
• Have experience developing integrations for usage within cybersecurity technologies.
• Have worked in an Agile environment with a strong DevOps culture
