What You Will Do

Job Summary:

Strong Data Entry capabilities, including receiving and interpreting data across different platforms and owning the process start to finish for seamless execution and output. Managing, compiling and verifying different data sets to ensure accuracy across multiple projects, while appropriately formatting data within Microsoft Office, customer’s on-line portal data systems and internal CRM and data analysis systems. Proactively identify actionable opportunities to enhance performance, achieve targets, and drive business growth through meticulous data collection, analysis, and entry. In close collaboration with sales managers, direct communication with customers to ensure accurate completion of data projects and provide final results.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain databases by entering new and updated customer and account information including but not limited to internal CRM and data analysis systems, customer’s on-line portal data systems (with a focus on Direct-Buying / Club / Mass customers), customer specific documents, direct customers product ship lists
  • Responsible for maintaining Account Sales Team’s master sales dataset, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability. Promptly identify and rectify any inconsistencies/discrepancies in sales data. Generate insightful and actionable reports to drive performance improvements.
  • Systematically gather sales data from internal and external sources and efficiently interpret and execute data entry across different platforms, ensuring accuracy and ownership.
  • Creation of documents, spreadsheets, etc. to efficiently enter customer or internal data, transferring data across internal and external platforms, while maintaining a high-level attention to detail
  • Execute clear, concise and timely communication and collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders, while proactively planning business strategies and initiatives with sales managers to meet deadlines
  • Leverage internal cross-functional collaboration to further understand and execute on business objectives, while efficiently utilizing data entry skill sets
  • Continually seek out and implement advanced techniques for data gathering, analysis and input, ensuring the Company’s overall business objectives remain at the forefront of all initiatives.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required Minimum Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or Data Analysis, or other related field and 3+ years of work experience
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

Knowledge of:

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.

Work Environment and Physical Demand

  • Requires light physical effort. Occasionally lifts or moves light objects (under 10 lbs.).
  • Walks, sits, or stands for prolonged periods.
  • Requires prolonged machine operation including computer and keyboard equipment as well as use of manual dexterity and fine motor skills.
