INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR

As the CRM Administrator at Somewhere, you will be a critical driver of process optimization and innovation. You will not only refine existing workflows but also design and implement new business processes that directly impact our OKRs and fuel company growth. Working closely with the sales team, you will ensure the effectiveness and seamless delivery of CRM solutions across our operations, marketing, and finance divisions, all within the HubSpot ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Mastery: You will become the go-to expert on HubSpot's configuration, technical, and functional capabilities, ensuring the platform is leveraged to its full potential.
  • User Management: Oversee all aspects of user lifecycle management, including new user setups, deactivations, and secure data transfers for deactivated users.
  • Process Implementation: Design and implement tailored sales, marketing, and service processes within HubSpot to streamline operations and enhance performance.
  • Dashboard & Reporting: Build and manage dashboards, layouts, reports, and other configurable elements for end-users, including flows, workflow rules, approval processes, validation rules, custom objects, security controls, and third-party integrations.
  • System Implementation: Lead system implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, test documentation, execution, and issue resolution.
  • Training & Development: Develop comprehensive training materials and lead sessions for management, as well as workshops for sales and operations teams to ensure effective system use.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date system documentation, HubSpot policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
  • Operational Support: Provide day-to-day support for the HubSpot CRM environment, acting as a liaison between business users and technology partners to resolve issues and optimize system performance.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator, with deep knowledge of the platform's capabilities.
  • Proven ability to build custom objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other complex configurations.
  • Strong project management skills, including task intake, prioritization, and communication, ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Certifications in HubSpot Sales, HubSpot Marketing Software, and Service Hub.
  • Expertise in consulting and delivering in-depth training programs on CRM applications to end-users.
