About the Role

The customer success team needs an additional member to engage with customers post-subscription. Responsibilities include training, gathering feedback, and representing the customer in internal meetings. This technical role requires becoming a product expert from the customer's perspective. The position is best suited for individuals passionate about infrastructure and optimizing cloud expenses for various clients.


What You Will Do

- Provide initial training to customers on how to utilize the platform.

- Act as the primary representative for customers through various communication channels, including email, Slack, and Zoom calls.

- Convey customer support issues and product feature requests to the broader organization.

- Collaborate with Autopilot customers to comprehend and educate on financial commitment risk profiles.

- Supply the sales team with pertinent customer account information to facilitate successful renewals.

- Act consistently and authentically as an advocate for customers' needs within the organization.


What they're Looking For

- 7+ years of customer-centric industry experience as a Customer Success or Technical Account Manager within B2B tech or SaaS sectors.

- Excellent communication skills with a strong attention to detail, capable of tailoring messages to a specific audience, including CTOs, VPs of Engineering/Infrastructure, and DevOps professionals.

- Preferred: Experience with cloud infrastructure technology.

- Ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts ranging from SMBs to large corporate enterprises.

- Strong emotional intelligence and capacity to empathize with customers.

- Must be responsive and engaged with customer emails and Slack messages.

- A genuinely kind individual.


Benefits

The estimated annual US base salary range for this role is $120,000 - $170,000. This range may include various career levels and will be refined during the interview process based on several factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and location. Additional benefits may include equity, a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision benefits, as well as education stipends.
