About the Role

Buffalo Builders is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant / Home & Office Manager to support the CEO and his family. This unique position blends professional administrative support for multiple businesses — including Buffalo Builders, DirectCrete, and Bear State Contractors — with personal and household management responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable moving seamlessly between the office and home environments, maintaining professionalism in all interactions while becoming a trusted part of the family’s daily rhythm. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and helping busy people stay organized, prepared, and focused.


Key Responsibilities

Professional Support

  • Provide executive-level administrative assistance to the CEO, including scheduling, correspondence, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

  • Assist with light creative marketing efforts and client outreach — including drafting emails, updating presentations, and coordinating event logistics.

  • Support business activities for Buffalo Builders, DirectCrete, and Bear State Contractors as needed (invoice tracking, filing, ordering, etc.).

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and deadlines across personal and professional commitments.

  • Assist with preparation for meetings, reports, and presentations.

Household & Family Support

  • Coordinate home organization, maintenance vendors, and household service providers.

  • Run errands such as grocery shopping, pickups/drop-offs, and returns.

  • Drive family members to school, sports, and appointments as needed (using family or personal vehicle).

  • Plan and coordinate family travel and personal events.

  • Maintain household supplies and support light administrative household tasks (tracking expenses, bill reminders, etc.).

  • Ensure the home and office environments are organized, efficient, and running smoothly.


About You

  • Professional, discreet, and personable — comfortable working in both executive and family settings.

  • Tech-savvy with solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel) and general comfort with modern software and apps.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinker who enjoys contributing to marketing, event planning, and client engagement.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.


Work Environment & Schedule

  • Hybrid role split between Buffalo Builders’ Little Rock office (100 Riverbluff Drive, Suite 210) and the CEO’s home.

  • Flexible schedule with occasional weekend or travel support as needed.

  • Use of company vehicle for family driving; personal vehicle may be used for errands (with mileage reimbursement).
