We’re working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.Medtronic Patient Care Systems is an exciting function within Medtronic Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) that focuses on the design, development, enhancement and support of the platforms, systems, software, and device monitors and tablets that enable our implantable (cardiac pacing therapies and defibrillation solutions) and diagnostic (cardiac diagnostic & services) businesses. We create and support tools and technology with a commitment to improve the patient and customer outcome and experience while enabling our global commercial teams.
As a Project Coordinator IV, you'll use your skills in organization, communications, and collaboration skills to support our Platform Leaders.
Primary Responsibilities
Assist three platform leaders with time allocation, schedule management, and budget/finance management.
Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, external vendors, and clients, ensuring clear and effective information flow.
Coordinate kick-off meetings, regular status updates, and review meetings to ensure effective communication and alignment among team members.
Meeting coordination and support: Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events. This involves preparing agendas, gathering relevant materials, booking venues, and arranging necessary equipment.
Prepare, edit, and format various communication mediums such as reports, presentations, memos, and spreadsheets.
Research and data analysis: Support product managers in conducting research, collecting data, and reports or summaries on specific topics. This may involve gathering market information, analyzing industry trends, or preparing competitive analyses. Assist in resource allocation and coordination, ensuring the availability of necessary personnel, equipment, and materials for key activities.
Provide support to product management teams, including scheduling meetings, arranging travel, and managing key deliverables.
Prepare and distribute project-related documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and presentations.
Required Qualifications
Requires minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree
Previous Medtronic experience
Proven experience with Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization
Ability to set priorities and resolve issues independently
Has a team-oriented, collaborative style and strong work ethic
Advanced interpersonal skills to collaborate with executives and other assistants
Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
