Position:  Contract Event Coordinator

Location:  Atlanta/Hybrid work model

The Opportunity:  The Contract Event Coordinator will provide temporary support during our busy event season.  The coordinator will assist with logistics, vendor management, and communications to ensure smooth execution of multiple events.

What You Will Do:

  • Coordinate shipments, signage, giveaways, and event materials
  • Track vendor deliverables and manage follow-up communications
  • Assist with catering, venue, and AV coordination
  • Manage attendee communications, including RSVPs and reminders
  • Provide on-site or virtual event support as needed
  • Maintain project trackers and status updates
     

The Experience You Will Bring:

  • 5+ years in event coordination or project support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and vendor management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint); Asana a plus
  • Ability to travel for on-site event support when required
