Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable IT Data Entry Temp to assist with various data entry tasks in our IT department. This temporary position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a basic understanding of IT systems and software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and updating data in various IT-related systems and databases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input data into IT systems and databases.
 - Maintain and update records in various software tools.
 - Perform data verification to ensure accuracy and completeness.
 - Assist with organizing and categorizing electronic files and documents.
 - Perform basic data cleaning tasks, identifying and resolving inconsistencies.
 - Support the IT department with administrative tasks as needed.
 - Follow data privacy and security protocols to ensure the protection of sensitive information.
 - Provide general support for IT-related projects and initiatives.
 
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
 - Proven experience in data entry or administrative support, preferably in an IT or technical environment.
 - Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
 - Immediate Excel skills required.
 - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
 - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
 - Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
 - Basic understanding of IT systems and software is a plus.
 
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods.
 - Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
