REQUIREMENTS

• Must live within 60 miles of the Houston location and be willing to work onsite.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in dispatch management or a related field.
• Proven leadership experience managing a dispatch or logistics team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make decisions under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience using transportation management systems, route planning tools, and vehicle telematics.
• Strong knowledge of transportation laws and safety regulations.
• Professional, ethical, and able to work with minimal supervision.
