Contract Verification Manager
Location: Grand Colorado on Peak 8, Breckenridge CO
Position Type: Full-time Exempt
Compensation: $74,360 - $91,000(DOE)
Schedule: Weekend Availability

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, develop, and retain Contract Verification Representative (CVR) staff.
- Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and implement progressive discipline when necessary.
- Manage staff scheduling, ensure adequate coverage for vacations and sick days, and maintain the department vacation calendar.
- Act as a primary resource for staff, answering questions and providing guidance on complex issues.
- Promote a positive team environment that adheres to company core standards and hospitality values.
- Develop, oversee, and conduct ongoing training and mentoring sessions for CVR staff to ensure consistent knowledge and performance.
- Ensure team proficiency in presenting sales contracts, handling documentation, and using all required software and systems.
- Maintain and regularly update CVR presentation procedures and training manuals with current best practices.
- Delegate, supervise, and review the work of all CVR staff to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Serve as the "end of the line" for resolving complex problems and escalated inquiries from staff, owners, and other departments.
- Assist in maintaining all timeshare real estate contract documents in the Laserfiche database for legal and financial compliance.
- Manage DocuSign and eOriginals systems, including onboarding new users.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Contracts, Accounting, Owner Relations, and Executive Leadership to resolve difficult transactions and title or inventory issues.
- Foster open communication and provide high-quality support to other departments.
- Assist with reviewing and approving staff timesheets and time-off requests in accordance with HR deadlines.
- Process HR paperwork, assist with potential workers' compensation claims, and complete necessary documentation.
- Edit and write job descriptions, procedures, and other departmental documentation.
- Uphold all company policies, procedures, and environmental sustainability initiatives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of direct supervisor or team leadership experience, including training, coaching, and performance management.
- Proven experience in contract administration, real estate documentation, timeshare, or a similar detailed administrative function.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to obtain a Colorado Notary Public commission within a specified timeframe.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Familiarity with specific document management systems such as Laserfiche, DocuSign, and eOriginals.
- Previous experience within the timeshare or hospitality industry is a significant plus.
- Demonstrated experience in developing training manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with HR processes like timesheet management, scheduling, and workers compensation documentation.
