Tidewater is looking for Administrative and Program Support Specialists to assist DHA leadership with administrative coordination, scheduling, and documentation under the MFSS contract.
Responsibilities:
Manage meeting schedules, calendars, and event logistics for DHA project teams.
Prepare memos, correspondence, and official documentation for leadership review.
Support procurement requests, travel coordination, and budget tracking activities.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring records compliance.
Serve as the point of contact for internal and external administrative inquiries.
Assist in preparing presentations, project briefings, and status reports.
Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless administrative operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years of experience providing administrative or office support in professional settings.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
Experience in federal or healthcare administrative environments a plus.
