If you answered "YES!", the Desktop Network Support role at Mortgage Center may be a great fit for you! We're looking for a motivated individual who can provide top-notch technical support while delivering exceptional customer service. In the Desktop Network Support role, 

You'll Be:

• Acting as the first point of contact for all technical support requests.
• Supporting Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office products.
• Assisting users with technology requests in person, over the phone, and through remote administration.
• Documenting, tracking, and resolving issues within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Deploying, diagnosing, and troubleshooting computers, laptops, and peripherals.
• Ensuring compliance with corporate IT standards and policies. 

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Contribute to process improvement and efficiency within the IT department.

What you’ll need:

• An Associate degree in IT or at least 2 years of related IT experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a Microsoft networking environment.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
