If so, this might be of interest. Please read on.They are seeking a strategic Sales Manager who can grow our business by building strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners. You’ll need top-notch communication and negotiation skills, a knack for solving problems, and a passion for turning ideas into action.Your days will be a mix of client schmoozing, product demoing, and deal closing. Specifically, you’ll:

  • Be the go-to person: Manage distributors, VARs, consultants, agencies, and end-customers. Basically, you’ll be the face of BrightSign in Germany and Eastern Europe.
  • Seal the deal: Drive the entire sales cycle from "Nice to meet you" to "Where do I sign?"
  • Stay curious: Research, network, and generate new business opportunities, whether through social media or at trade shows.
  • Problem solve like a pro: Handle customer needs and conflicts with ease and finesse.
  • Stay on top of things: Monitor sales metrics, track targets, and keep the team updated on all the amazing deals you’re closing.
You will need at least 7 years of experience in sales in the digital signage ecosystem (CMS vendors, content providers, VARs - you get the idea). You will want to be tech-savvy, with a good knowledge of CRM software, Microsoft Office, and an understanding of sales metrics. You'll be a road warrior, and comfortable with travel as part of your job.
