Join Our Team as a Senior Tech Talent Partner
We’re seeking a Senior Tech Talent Partner to join our embedded solutions team in Johannesburg. Collaborating with a renowned multinational financial services client in the US, you’ll spearhead global recruitment strategies to attract top-tier tech talent.
Bringing your expertise from financial services, big tech, or leading consulting firms, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping hiring processes, building relationships with stakeholders, and delivering impactful results in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
As a trusted partner, you’ll lead the end-to-end recruitment journey, ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience for candidates and stakeholders alike while driving excellence in talent acquisition.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Owning the full recruitment lifecycle – from crafting compelling job descriptions to sourcing, mapping, and closing deals for senior technical positions.
- Building and maintaining strategic relationships with senior stakeholders across financial services, tech, and consulting industries to achieve hiring success.
- Leveraging innovative sourcing techniques, including AI tools and international recruitment strategies, to engage top-tier tech professionals.
- Conducting thorough assessments to ensure candidates meet technical and cultural requirements.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience, aligned with our commitment to quality and our client's brand values.
- Leading and mentoring junior team members, sharing knowledge and driving best practices.
- Managing complex offer negotiations, ensuring smooth candidate transitions and successful placements.
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years of experience in tech recruitment, with a strong track record in recruiting senior engineering roles.
- Proven success in global, fast-paced environments, particularly within financial services, big tech, or consulting industries.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with and influence senior leadership.
- Expertise in identifying and sourcing senior tech talent using data-driven insights and cutting-edge sourcing tools.
- A creative, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for finding and engaging top-tier talent.
- Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple recruitment projects while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Experience working with international markets and a comprehensive understanding of global tech landscapes.
