- Provide strategic oversight to the Senior Director of Administration, handling IT, compliance, benefits management, and facilities.
- Drive the strategic direction of our IT infrastructure and services, ensuring robust and efficient technology solutions.
- Manage benefits programs and ensure compliance with all health, safety, and accessibility regulations.
- Oversee our financial management operations to ensure timely and accurate reporting, while monitoring performance trends and identifying areas for enhancement.
- Lead human resources efforts encompassing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and performance management, while upholding a commitment to DEI and employee well-being.
Required Skills - Significant senior leadership experience, preferably within the nonprofit sector, with proficiency in operations, finance, human resources, or strategic planning.
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated expertise in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic oversight.
- Proven ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing work culture.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage diverse stakeholders.
- Dedicated to promoting DEI and creating an inclusive workplace environment.
- Knowledge of mental health or suicide prevention is advantageous.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, finance, or a related field (advanced degree is preferred).
