As a data analyst senior or lead on the Claims Control File Owner team, you’ll conduct A/B testing, claims automation analysis, and more to evaluate and improve claims processes. You’ll also perform cost-benefit analyses, create reports and dashboards, and develop models to help business partners understand the impact of process changes. Additionally, you’ll respond to emerging trends, identify actionable opportunities, and support projects and ad hoc requests.

Must-have Qualifications

  • A minimum of six years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of five years of analytical work experience.
  • {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of three years analytical work experience.

Preferred Skills

  • Highly proficient in programming skills (e.g., SAL, R or SQL)
  • Proven aptitude for learning and using data analysis reporting tools such as Tableau and PowerBI
  • Demonstrated expertise in innovatively resolving complex or ambiguous data analysis requests.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in an adaptive, team-oriented environment
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office – such as PowerPoint and Excel - with advanced skills in spreadsheet functionality including v-look-up, pivot tables, charts, graphing, and macros

Compensation

  • $77,100 - $124,300/year depending on position level and experience
  • Gainshare incentive up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
