Your mission

As a Junior Sales and Account Manager, you will be responsible for closing deals with Operators in all LATAM and European markets where Odds Scanner Group is present. You will manage accounts, build strong relationships with clients, and identify new business opportunities within the iGaming industry. We are looking for someone who is versatile, agile, can adapt quickly and is looking to grow with the company.


Location: Malta - relocation required

As part of the relocation process, guidance from the HR team will be granted and a package to support the costs will be provided.


Responsibilities

  • Sales & Account Management for Latin American and European markets;
  • Managing independently existing partnerships;
  • Identify business and growth opportunities for the Company and our Clients;
  • Handling sales meetings and negotiating deals;
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities;
  • Manage and cultivate customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management;
  • Perform financial follow-up and reporting both internally and externally;
  • Maintain tracking, reporting, and analysis of performance KPIs;
  • Developing and monitoring performance indicators for sales and staff members, managing sales tracking tools;
  • Handling contracts with clients;
  • Representing the company at Industry’s Conferences.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and account management preferably within the SaaS, digital, and B2B sectors or 1 year as a Customer Support in the iGaming industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail;
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities;
  • The ability to multitask and quickly switch your focus;
  • Advanced technical skills: (Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and overall tools);
  • Experience with sports and gambling products, preferred but not required;
  • Fluent in English (Spanish would be advantageous).
