Currently seeking a Remote Customer Service Agent to join the team at a health care company!

You must live in Oregon to qualify for this position.

Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding patient accounts for a variety of clinics.
  • Provide high levels of customer service to patients who have questions about their bills or account status.
  • Speak with patients about their insurance coverage.
  • Create payment plans in order to get overdue bills paid before going to collections.
  • Assist with taking payments over the phone for patient accounts.


Skills & Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Desire to work in healthcare
