Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding patient accounts for a variety of clinics.
- Provide high levels of customer service to patients who have questions about their bills or account status.
- Speak with patients about their insurance coverage.
- Create payment plans in order to get overdue bills paid before going to collections.
- Assist with taking payments over the phone for patient accounts.
- 1+ year of experience in customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Desire to work in healthcare
