Are you an exceptionally talented and experienced Digital Project Manager with a strong background in digital strategy on Paid Media? Are you driven by the challenge of delivering digital projects on time and to the highest standards?


Your mission at Algofy: As a Digital Project Manager at Algofy, your mission is to lead digital projects with precision and finesse. You will serve as the primary liaison between our agency and our valued clients, ensuring that their needs are met with efficiency and expertise. Your role will involve deep analysis, strategic planning, and some hands-on account management on platforms such as Google and Meta. With a focus on optimization and innovation, you will play a pivotal role in driving success for our clients in the ever-evolving digital landscape.


Your Daily Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Lead digital projects for clients, acting as the primary contact within the Paid Media team
  • Conduct in-depth analyses to identify operational gaps and devise effective solutions
  • Maintain thorough project documentation, including schedules, estimates, and meeting logs
  • Manage project launches, assigning roles and responsibilities across departments
  • Keep managers and account leaders informed and accountable on client needs and updates
  • Collaborate with the ads design team on creative strategy development
  • Maintain open communication with team and clients, providing regular progress updates
  • Contribute to developing processes and account management best practices
  • Hands-on account management on Google and Meta platforms
  • Analyze campaign results across platforms and dashboards


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • English at a professional level, excellent verbal and written
  • Experienced in direct client interaction, leading calls, and capable of delivering presentations while providing strategic recommendations in clear, accessible language
  • 2+ years of experience managing paid ads accounts, preferably in an agency setting
  • Strong attention to detail and advanced analytical skills for problem-solving
  • Proven track record in developing and enhancing account management processes
  • Process-oriented mindset with exceptional communication abilities, adept at giving and receiving constructive feedback
  • Experienced in project management, ensuring efficient execution and delivery of client projects
  • Creative strategy development and collaboration with ad design teams
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
  • High-level competency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite

💸 Salary: $24,000-$28,000 (USD)
