We are seeking a talented Lead Talent Sourcer to join our Engineering Sourcing team in EMEA. This role goes beyond simple sourcing; you will be a key member deliver and advocate the transformation of our sourcing function. In addition, you will coach and mentor teams, drive the adoption of best practices, and build and engage key stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Leading sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
• Collaborating with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing plans.
• Continually improve, drive and advocate for the adoption of best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
• Mentoring and coaching a team of sourcers to achieve sourcing goals.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Utilizing various sourcing tools and techniques to identify potential candidates.
• Deep analysis and reporting on sourcing metrics to continuously improve processes
• Drive a multi-channel sourcing approach, 'which includes direct sourcing, referrals, talent pooling, recruitment marketing leveraging multiple tools and approaches to drive success
  
  

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications:

• Extensive talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
• OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role.
  

Additional Or Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in sourcing through a dedicated sourcer or recruiting role
• Strong operational, project management and resource planning capabilties
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrating expert level understanding in using sourcing tools and techniques
• Highly proficient in data analysis and problem-solving.
