Responsibilities
- Leading sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
- Collaborating with business leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop effective sourcing plans.
- Continually improve, drive and advocate for the adoption of best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
- Mentoring and coaching a team of sourcers to achieve sourcing goals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Utilizing various sourcing tools and techniques to identify potential candidates.
- Deep analysis and reporting on sourcing metrics to continuously improve processes
- Drive a multi-channel sourcing approach, 'which includes direct sourcing, referrals, talent pooling, recruitment marketing leveraging multiple tools and approaches to drive success
Required/Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND talent acquisition experience (e.g., recruiting, sourcing), HR experience, or industry experience related to role.
- Proven experience in sourcing through a dedicated sourcer or recruiting role
- Strong operational, project management and resource planning capabilties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrating expert level understanding in using sourcing tools and techniques
- Highly proficient in data analysis and problem-solving.
