Key Responsibilities

• Data Integration: Integrate new data sources, ensuring data consistency, reliability, and efficiency—like making sure all your ducks (or bytes) are in a row.
• Database Management: Develop and optimize databases and data warehouses for top performance and reliability—because nobody likes a sluggish database. 🚀
• ETL Processes: Create and manage ETL processes to move and transform data effectively—consider yourself the ultimate data mixologist. 🍹
• Data Quality: Implement robust data quality checks to ensure data integrity throughout its lifecycle—keeping those data gremlins at bay.

Requirements

• Hold a BSc, MSc, or PhD in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or Systems Engineering—because we like our Data Engineers powered up. 🎓
• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field. Show us your analytical battle scars (metaphorical, of course).
• Proven experience with data pipelines design and orchestration, ideally with time-series data. Your data prowess speaks for itself. 📈
• Proficiency in programming languages, mainly Python and SQL. Experience with OOP, Unix, and Git is essential. You're a coding ninja with these tools. 🥷
• Experience specifically with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and TimescaleDB. These databases should be your playground.
• Experience managing and manipulating relational databases. Knowledge of non-relational databases is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of Docker is expected, as having some hands-on experience with it would be beneficial, although it's not a strict requirement.
