About the Role:

Are you a fresh graduate or a final-year student passionate about HR and eager to kick-start your career? We're seeking a dynamic and outgoing intern to join our HR team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

As an HR and Admin intern, you'll play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. You'll have the opportunity to develop valuable skills, learn from experienced professionals, and contribute to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process (screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
  • Conduct initial video interviews
  • Help with onboarding new hires (preparing documents, coordinating orientations)
  • Maintain employee records and files
  • Support employee engagement initiatives
  • Assist with administrative tasks (filing, data entry, scheduling meetings)
  • Other ad-hoc HR and admin duties as assigned

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate or final-year student in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a growth mindset
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
