As a member of our Data Revolution team you'll contribute to modernizing our data platform, where you'll solve high impact problems and enable our teams to deliver real time reporting solutions to our clients.

As a member of our Data Revolution team you'll contribute to modernizing our data platform, where you'll solve high impact problems and enable our teams to deliver real time reporting solutions to our clients.
What you'll do:
- Design, implement, and optimize reporting and analytics solutions that meet business requirements and performance standards.
- Work across teams to understand product requirements, evaluate trade-offs, and deliver the solutions needed to build innovative products
- Take ownership of the various areas of the software/product delivery. Remove roadblocks, and advise and escalate issues as needed
- Advocate for and apply best practices when it comes to availability, scalability, operational excellence, and cost management
- Bachelor’s in computer science or Masters in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years’ experience with a software development experience with the focus on Reporting and Analytics
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. GCP, AWS or Azure)
- Proficient in web frameworks and server-side language such as Python, PHP, GO, etc.
- Proficient in a relational and NoSQL databases such as MySQL and MongoDB
- Willingness to learn new emerging technologies and keep up with the latest frameworks and APIs
- Confident in data modeling and database design concepts
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality
- Experience with Large-scale microservices and distributed systems
- You understand the operational aspects of your system and may participate in incident or hotfix investigation and resolution
- Stay up to date on emerging technologies and corporate engineering guidelines, best practices, processes and tools, and be a mentor to the team members
- Collaborate with other teams to proactively identify and manage dependencies
- Possess good intuition for code quality and rarely needs supervision/feedback/guidance on syntax/convention to improve code quality/style. Delivers projects in accordance to acceptance criteria with scalability design concerns in focus
- Use the right tool for the job. We love modern technology/framework and use things like React, Redux, GCP, Webpack, Docker, pubsub, Kubernetes, Python, Microservices and Microfrontends, and more.
