About the job

Job Overview:

You’ll collaborate closely with the Business Development and global sales team, gathering client materials, assisting with internal sales requests, and building prospect lists to perform daily follow-up and support tasks. You'll be trained in our CRM and support tools while engaging with team members across different time zones via email, Slack, and video calls. As you grow, you'll interact with existing clients and partners of the global business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships within client organizations.
  • Serve as a contact for prospective existing and client needs and partner strategy.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Licensing, Product, Technology, Marketing, Content, and Revenue teams.
  • Support distribution strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Stay knowledgeable about client business and the technology industry.
  • Advocate for client needs within OTTera.


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years in strategic partnerships, business development, or consulting.
  • Experience with external partners and complex organizations.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting to executives.
  • Proactive and team-oriented with a growth mindset.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in streamlining processes and learning new tools.


Preferred:

  • Knowledge of OTT and FAST streaming platforms.
  • Understanding of marketing and distribution for clients.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Docs.
