RVP Consultants is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative with a strong background in the recruiting and staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of sales experience, with a preference for those who have worked in the tech or education industry. This role is crucial for driving our business growth by generating leads and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities

Outbound Sales:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients daily.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and research.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.

Client Engagement:

  • Schedule appointments and meetings for the leadership team.
  • Conduct initial client consultations to understand their staffing needs.
  • Present and promote the company’s recruiting and staffing services to potential clients.

Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely responses.

CRM Management:

  • Maintain and update CRM with all customer interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Track sales metrics and provide regular reports to management.

Market Research:

  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience.
  • Experience in the tech or education industry preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales field.
