- Execute other general administration duties as directed
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills

- Experience in a fast-paced media or agency environment
- Ability to work autonomously while being a team player
- Familiarity with data management and invoicing processes
