RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Manager in Saint Louis, MO.
Day to day responsibilities:
- Understand customer/employee needs: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain detailed user personas based on research and user feedback, encompassing demographics, behaviors, and pain points
- Analyze consumer/employee data: Analyze user data and feedback collected from various channels such as surveys, call analytics, and web analytics; Utilize these insights to make data-driven recommendations for improvements based on key moments that matter
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Nursing, or other related field, or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of product management or project management experience in a healthcare enterprise solutions environment or healthcare operations
- Experience developing and delivering care management solutions and Agile development methodology preferred
