Flexing It has partnered with Our client, a leading Hyperscale Data Center Provider is looking to engage with Consultant: Content Marketing (Technical Writing).
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies aligned with company goals and industry trends and lead marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and loyalty among the target demographic;
2. Create engaging and informative content for various platforms, including press releases, blogs, social media, and website updates;
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and leverage key industry events, product launches, and milestones for communication opportunities;
4. Work with stakeholders to cultivate relationships with relevant media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure media coverage and placements;
5. Monitor industry news and trends to identify potential opportunities for thought leadership articles and proactive communication;
6. Manage crisis communications by drafting statements, managing inquiries, and coordinating responses when necessary;
7. Drive internal communication initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and information dissemination across the organization;
8. Produce and distribute regular internal newsletters, keeping employees informed about company updates, achievements, and industry insights;
9. Support the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and other materials to effectively communicate the company's value proposition;
10. Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve optimal results.

Skills Required
1. Proven experience in media relations, public relations, or corporate communications, preferably within the technology or data center industry;
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for various audiences;
3. Proficiency in content creation, including writing, editing, and designing visually appealing materials;
4. Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and media monitoring tools;
5. Analytical mindset, Strategic thinking and ability to contribute to the development of communication plans that align with business objectives.;
6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, media contacts, and colleagues;
7. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously;
8. Experience with crisis communication and managing sensitive issues in a professional manner;
9. Knowledge of data center industry trends and technologies is advantageous.
